James 1:27 in the Amplified Bible says, External religious worship [religion as it is expressed in outward acts] that is pure and unblemished in the sight of God the Father is this: to visit and help and care for the orphans and widows in their affliction and need, and to keep oneself unspotted and uncontaminated from the world.

Several years ago, while ministering in several countries on the continent of Africa, I visited the beautiful country of Zimbabwe, where staff members of Jabula-New Life Ministries took me around.

I saw first hand and was moved by the amount of orphans affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic touching nearly 40% of the countries population.

My tears were replaced by a sincere compassion/drive to provide a self-sustaining state of the art "Life Center" that would meet the present and futuristic needs of these wonderful children.

As you read this data and view the proposed property, I pray that you will be moved to assist us in this assignment. You will not regret it.

This will be a state of the art facility. It will include a dorm type setting with proper restroom/toilet facilities, single beds, washers & dryers, a cafeteria that will also serve as an auditorium for ministry purposes. It will have a library, computer laboratory, music conservatory, medical station and classrooms.

It will be designed to be self-sustaining. There will be land for agricultural purposes for the facility as well as making a profit by selling foods grown on the property. The computer lab will be used to facilitate typesetting and other technical needs in the community. The auditorium can be used/rented for community events. A trade center will be on the property to develop trade skills and sell their services.

The children will not only be equipped with basic life skills but entrepreneurial practice as well. We want to take these precious vessels of God who have been circumstantially ill-equipped and under privileged and transform them into privileged and equipped adults prepared to succeed in society.
